From pitch to final delivery I lead the Redbox agency team, formulating a winning experience strategy that has transformed Tyrwhitt’s digital retail experience.

Introducing unique ideas for integrating discounting discretely into the user journey. The new UX has reinforced the idea of the Tyrwhitt’s consumer “buying smart, not being cheap”.

Along with a new high end look and feel, the new experience design has simultaneously elevated the brand, reduced discounting and made customising and buying shirts easier. It delivered on brand, increased sales and improved customer satisfaction.
